BDL of Florida, Inc. was built from the ground up by family — and by experience earned over a lifetime in construction. For founder and licensed general contractor Euwan Agnew, this industry has been his life's work. Over the years, he saw firsthand the common shortfalls that cost clients time and money — unclear scopes, poor communication, unnecessary change orders, and contractors who failed to show up when it mattered most. BDL was created to be the opposite: a company that streamlines processes, addresses challenges head-on, and delivers projects with discipline and accountability.
What began in Vero Beach as a family-led effort quickly grew into a trusted partner for franchise, commercial, and residential projects across Florida. Early on, our reputation was built on showing up, solving problems directly, and finishing what we started — values that continue to define us today.
