As the General Contractor, BDL of Florida manages all aspects of site work on our projects. Whenever possible, we partner with our in-house subsidiary, Digs Site Work, LLC — also owned and licensed by Euwan Agnew — to deliver excavation, grading, and utility installation.
Site work is more than preparing the ground — it’s the critical foundation for everything that follows. Our teams oversee clearing, grading, underground utilities, storm drainage systems, and more, ensuring each site is safe, compliant, and ready for vertical construction. Our role is to provide full oversight, coordination, and accountability across every aspect of site work:
